01. Scope & proposals
Every project begins with a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and fee. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
02. Payment
A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before final files are released. Payment terms are confirmed in each proposal.
03. Revisions
Each stage includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in the proposal. Additional rounds are billed at the studio rate.
04. Ownership & usage
Full rights to the final approved work transfer to the client on receipt of full payment. Unused concepts remain the property of the studio.
05. Portfolio use
The studio may showcase completed work in its portfolio and social channels unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
